Tuition and Fees
Trinity Lutheran Church has made the Christian Education of its children a high priority. The congregation is committed to supplementing the cost of Christian education to make it accessible, with a priority on members of Trinity. Therefore:
Trinity Lutheran School has several options available to those who may need additional assistance. Each of these options has its own set of guidelines. Please contact the office for more information.
Tuition Payments
Trinity Lutheran School contracts with the FACTS company for collection of all tuition and fees. Various tuition payment options are available and are to be set up through FACTS during Enrollment and Re-enrollment. It should also be noted that some fees are to be paid proactively (i.e. lunch, EHP) into the FACTS portal. More information regarding FACTS is available in the office.
Families who have not fully paid the previous year’s tuition and fees will be expected to meet with the acting Principal regarding arrangements to pay the outstanding balance and discuss their child’s re-enrollment status. This policy does not apply to students enrolled in the WPCP.
Religious Materials
Students receive Hymnals (2nd grade), Bibles (3rd grade), and Catechisms (7th grade) from the congregation. Students joining Trinity after these grades will receive Hymnals, Bibles, and Catechisms during the first week of school.
School Photographs
Individual student pictures are taken on Friday, August 28, 2026. A make-up and retake photo session is scheduled for Monday, October 12, 2026. Photo packages and payment details are provided by the photographer and are separate from tuition. Additional pictures and group photos are taken periodically throughout the year.
- All families of our congregation pay a substantially reduced portion of this cost through tuition.
- Trinity Lutheran Church subsidizes a smaller portion of tuition for non-Trinity families, which is reflected in the cost of education per student.
- Other WELS congregations may have a tuition arrangement with their parents. If you are a member of another WELS congregation, please discuss this with your pastor.

- Trinity participates in the Wisconsin Parental Choice Program (WPCP).
- Trinity offers financial aid for Trinity and prospective families through the Chippy Fund for those who do not qualify for the WPCP.
