Everyone is cordially invited to attend the next meeting of Mary & Martha set for Saturday, November 11th at 9:30am in the Trinity Room. This month’s presentation will highlight the WELS mission in Pakistan. Though only 1% of the population of Pakistan is Christian, the Pakistan WELS mission has 28 house churches, 25 Sunday schools (reaching 1,000 children), 16 non-formal schools, one formal elementary school, and a high school with 400 students.

Bachana Ministry, which supports both local Pakistani artisans as well as the mission work in Pakistan, will also share a short presentation. The ministry will also have on display and for sale baskets, copperware and rugs made by their Pakistani artisans.
